Detached house + free private parking in a quiet area surrounded by greenery with a picturesque view of the Mediterranean Sea. This two-room apartment is bright thanks to its large windows, making it suitable for families and friends. Comfortable spaces, including a terrace, are perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sunbathing in complete privacy (without neighbors on either side) while enjoying the coastal views. The house features free indoor parking, a solarium, wifi, an equipped kitchen and all the amenities and comforts needed for a pleasant, independent stay. We recommend using a motor vehicle no longer than 5 metres, as the house is situated on a hillside. The largest supermarket in the area is just a 5-minute walk or drive away. Pets are allowed upon request, with a daily surcharge for additional cleaning services depending on their size.
