Casa Yuvi was created by Konstantyn — a host whose story moves between farm fields and cocktail bars. Raised on a farm, he grew up with a deep respect for nature and a love for simple, honest food. He later spent over a decade as a bartender in Southeast Asia.
Casa Yuvi is nestled in the countryside of Latium, Italy — a quiet region steeped in ancient olive groves, soft hills, and wide skies. The pace here is slow. Days unfold to the sound of birds, wind in the fields, and the occasional tractor in the distance. The nearby villages offer small cafes, local markets, and seasonal festivals — nothing flashy, just everyday beauty.
