Duplex apartment located in a 20th century farmhouse immersed in the Roman countryside a stone's throw from Lake Bracciano. The apartment is divided into 4 private rooms, 1 passing room / living room with sofa bed. The whole is completed by 2 complete bathrooms and a service bathroom on the ground floor. Guests have access to a full kitchen with multifunction coffee machine for breakfast. Space The farmhouse is located in the countryside north of Rome about 10 km from La Storta, a stone's throw from Anguillara Sabazia (1.5 km), Lake Bracciano (5 km) and Lake Martignano (9 km). Strategic position immersed in tranquility from where to start to use spectacular footpaths and cycle paths to easily reach everywhere. Access for guests Guests will have a private access from which to access the apartment in complete autonomy on foot or by their own means Other things to keep in mind Caution!!! Inside the property you will also be greeted by two fantastic hairy souls who are the real hosts of the house. Mou a small size all pepper foxy honey colored mix and Lucky a nice medium size mixed hound.
