Property for exclusive use This stone farmhouse from 1600 has recently been restored. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the garden, large kitchen with dining table with direct outdoor access, 1 small bathroom. The 1st floor: small living room with TV, 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor: large living room, 4 double bedrooms (3 with private bathroom with shower), 1 bathroom with shower. The pool is about 50 m from the house on a grass lawn overlooking the valley (12x6 meters,1.5 meters depth) with outdoor shower, sunbeds, barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The house is part of a farm in a hilly location (800 metres asl) surrounded by woods in a shaded area; great view of the whole valley, which is quite isolated despite having a few nearby houses. Parking is within the property. The price includes weekly linen change, final cleaning. Hired help is available upon request and to be paid for at the location. The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th from 8 AM to 9 PM. Access to the structure via 2 km of gravel road. Casale il Ginepro is close to Villa il Bagnolo, part of the same property. The washing room is shared between the two houses. Only small pets are permitted. Music prohibited from midnight to 8am.

The farmhouse is immersed in the woods of the hills between Val di Chiana and the Tiber valley. It is quite isolated, despite being close to other properties such as Villa Bagnolo which is part of the same property. It’s the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with friends.
