The Casaretti guesthouse is located in the beautiful "Conce" neighborhood, right in the historic center, along the Molini Canal, which historically housed artisan workshops such as grain mills, wax factories, soap makers, leatherworkers, and dyers. It currently houses the characteristic "Taverna dello Spada," which can be visited during the "Quintana" (the local festival of the Quintana). It is also very close (a 1-minute walk) to the nightlife district of Via Gramsci, where the city's best clubs and restaurants are located. The location is excellent: in addition to free parking, it is less than a minute from the best and cheapest parking in the city, 5 minutes from the Gonzaga Barracks, or any point of interest you might need (hospital? Restaurants and bars? Entertainment? Our location is impeccable!).
