THE APARTMENT IS NOT IN THE CENTER is renovated in May 2014 is similar and next to my brother's Casa Rimidia Flat Giovanna apartment on Booking. Both are on the second and top floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a small building inhabited by all pensioners who are often always available at home. For any request we are promptly available as our family lives and works in the building opposite. Free parking in front of the building. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It has air conditioning in all rooms. It consists of a living room, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with smart TV, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one of which is attached to a double bedroom. In the living room there is a LED TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer plus a series of small appliances including a kettle and American coffee machine. Pots, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee cups and cutlery are also provided. On the balcony there is a washing machine where it is also possible to hang clothes. Free internet access is available via Wi-Fi network.
ATTENTION! you will have exclusive use of the apartment but THE ROOMS WILL BE OPEN BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED: UP TO 2 PEOPLE ONE ROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED; FROM 3 TO 4 PEOPLE TWO ROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS; FOR 5 PEOPLE TWO ROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS AND ONE ROOM WITH A SINGLE BED; FOR OTHER NEEDS SEND A MESSAGE WITH THE REQUESTS. NO OTHER PEOPLE OTHER THAN THOSE REGISTERED AT CHECK IN CAN ACCESS THE STRUCTURE. If during your stay you need to let other people in, we ask that you be promptly informed. THE HOUSE IS NOT IN THE CENTER, it is located in Prepo in a quiet residential neighborhood above the commercial area of ​​Perugia in Via Settevalli. The distance from the city center is about 8 km reachable by car, bus or taxi but not recommended on foot. Nearby there is a shopping center open on Sundays, several supermarkets, shops, pizzerias and restaurants.
