Newly furnished typical Ligurian house located in a small village near Cinque Terre. The house is divided in 2 indipendent sections, with also possiblity to rent the whole house for groups of friends or families. (the house can be booked as both objects. but also as 2 different sections; here we propose the offers for the separated section with correlated prices). The bigger section offers accomodation for 2 to 5 people. Ground floor with fully-equipped kitchen with dish-washer, living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Small bathroom with washing machine. First floor with 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). From the living room you can reach the large sun terrace with enchanting sea view and barbecue. The smaller section offers accomodation for 2 to 4 people. Ground floor with fully-equipped kitchen with dish-washer, living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Small bathroom with shower and washing machine. First floor with 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath. Sun terrace with sea view and barbecue. Parking places free of charge near the house.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers, vineyards, olive trees and lemon trees. Our house is situated in the village of Reggimonti on the hills above the sea resort of Bonassola. It is aproximately 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Bonassola, Levanto and Framura. Reggimonti is the perfect starting point for your excursions to the Cinque Terre. You can easily reach the five villages of Cinque Terre by hiking, by train or by boat. Bonassola has a long sandy beach with wondeful clear water. In the small village of Montaretto (500 meters) bar and restaurant with typical Ligurian food, a small supermarket for everyday needs with biological products, local wine and olive oil. Montaretto is famous for various festival about wine and food in different period of the year. Hiking footpaths and mountain bike trails just outside the door connecting the villages. We are legally qualified by the regional touristic department of Liguria (see Registration number - CIR which is 011005-LT-0201).
