Property info

Our structure is an ancient castle in Umbria, a stone's throw from Todi, with fortified village of 1200, built by the captain of fortune Ezzelino da Romano from which the name of the village Izzalini. Today, the Castle offering carefully restored apartments for an unforgettable stay. The walls, faithfully rearranged, envelop guests in an atmosphere of other times. The furnishings offer all the comforts and an elegance in harmony with the place. Izzalini is an excellent starting point for visiting Umbria and its historic cities. We organize excursions, itineraries, full of history, art, nature and enogastronomy.

Neighborhood info

During the weekends of July and August, the Piazza del Castello comes alive with outdoor film projections where actors, film directors and film critics intervene. On this occasion the women of Izzalini prepare a rich buffet, in the square, of local specialties in a triumph of flavors and colors that makes these weekends unforgettable. But in the surroundings of Izzalini there is so much to see: you can take a tour for towers and castles scattered in the countryside, on foot, on horseback, in quads. Or you can visit the nearby Todi, Orvieto, and to follow all the most beautiful cities of Umbria, less than an hour from Izzalini.
