Qui si vive nel silenzio, i soli i rumori che accompagnano il vostro soggiorno sono le campane della vicnia Chiesa e gli uccellini in primavera che cinguettano allegramente. Appartamento confortevole con balcone da utilizzare per un aperitivo o come posto sicuro per bambini ed animali. Una camera da letto con spazio per una culla e un divano letto per bambini più grandi. Bagno con Doccia e lavatrice. Cucina con microonde e macchina a cialde del caffè e accessori per cucinare. TV e wi-fi . Lenzuola e asciugamani sono compresi per la durata del vostro soggiorno. il servizio pulizia viene effettuato prima dell' ingresso e dopo il check out, non sarà effettuato durante il vostro soggiorno se non a richiesta e a pagamento ( 15euro all'ora )

il mio motto e' " stare bene, fa stare bene" quindi ai miei ospiti dico sempre "benvenuti a casa!!! " nelle mie strutture ogni persona deve trovare il confort che merita e deve sentirsi come a casa. So bene di non di fornirvi una struttura moderna e domotica ma certamente troverete un ambiente famigliare e discreto, disponibile e generoso. Noi saremo a Vostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità legata all'ospitalità e al benessere durante il vostro soggiorno pero' in cambio pretendiamo che i nostri ospiti abbiano rispetto per tutte le cose che non gli appartengono e le persone che sono al loro servizio. In caso di problemi, come danni in casa o maltrattamenti alle persone che operano all'interno delle strutture gli ospiti saranno tenuti a risarcire personalmente oltre che ad essere segnalati alle Forze dell' Ordine. per chi soggiornerà per un periodo superiore a 5 gg sara' richiesta la compilazione di un documento di tutela, necessario per i giorni di permanenza

Il piccolo Borgo di Garbagnate Rota offre una panoramica sulla natura circostante e a poche centinaia di metri si trovano sentieri che portano al Lago di Pusiano. le attività Commerciali , come la posta, i bar ,le pasticceria, tabaccheria e Farmacia si trovano nel centro del paese di Bosisio Parini che dista circa 1 km ed e' facilmente raggiungibile a piedi sia percorrendo la strada principale che dal bellissimo lungo lago Nel borgo si trovano un negozio alimentare, un fruttivendolo, una parrucchiera. a poche decine di metri c 'e' la Chiesa di San Giuseppe , un parco giochi per bambini ed un maneggio . Pensilina per bus che portano a Como e a Lecco Servizio taxi a pagamento (NCC )
