Tenuta I Lecci is a small farm located in Tuscany in Terranuova Bracciolini (AR). I started my business in the family company in 2006 initially oriented to the production of Wine and extra virgin olive oil. With the intention of obtaining natural products of good quality, we introduce organic farming, we improve our techniques in the years. In 2014, our experience expanded into the hospitality sector with the opening of a charming farmhouse aimed at sharing our lands, our oil and our wines. Hosting people from many different countries, sharing experiences, habits and stories for a short time has further enriched us with unique moments. At the same time we have expanded our experiences on hospitality, guests' needs and their wishes. Now this last project "Chalet del Frassino" is born, in which we tried to merge our knowledge about hospitality in this magical place that gave us many moments of joy. We hope that you too can enjoy the serenity of this place and its mountains.

Chalet del Frassino is a typical mountain home, the ground floor is made of masonry and stone while the two upper floors are entirely made of wood. Its position allows a privileged view of the Monte Rosa massif and an enchanting view of the valley. Surrounded by a large enclosed garden, it offers the possibility of staying outdoors on pleasant sunny days. The private parking is located in the garden. A small porch equipped with Ping Pong with turntables and old vinyl records allows you to spend time sheltered in less fortunate rainy or windy days. Inside, carpets, floors, walls and wooden furniture welcome you in a warm embrace for a relaxing stay. Smart TVs and sound bars connected to Wi-Fi allow you to enjoy modern multimedia technology for your favorite music and programs. A well-equipped kitchen with all the accessories, a dishwasher and a wonderful view of the Monte Rosa will allow you to cook at home. The recently renovated bathrooms complete the comfort of the Chalet. Nature walks, tranquility and relaxation for a regenerating holiday.
