It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: final cleaning 130 EUR per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: heating 20 EUR per object per day. Bed linen (please order at booking) 10 EUR per person per week. Towels (please order at booking) 10 EUR per person per week. Pets: allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.
