Chalet Val Concei has 2 apartments : Chalet Rosso Apartment - Ground Floor for 4 persons has 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds from which there is access to the en-suite bathroom. / Chalet Arancio Duplex Apartment on 2 Levels for 5 persons has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, single sofa bed in the living room. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the house and on the fenced terrace (with supplement), not allowed in the garden and pool area. The small swimming pool is open from 01 May to 20 September. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * TOWELS and BED LINEN can be brought or rented * FINAL CLEANING can be done or paid for * HEATING extra cost to be paid on departure based on consumption * TOURIST TAX not included, to be paid at the property.

The Chalet is situated in the green fabulous Concei-Valley, closed to the wood. The cottage enjoys a truly peaceful location and it is surrounded by a large equipped field. The house consists of three apartments (Chalet Arancio, Chalet Rosso and Chalet Verde) each with separate entrance and it is located near the Pastoria Cottage. The apartment offers a private fenced terrace, with table and chairs. Spacious garden with children playground, grill and small pool.
