Casa indipendente con ampio giardino con zona relax con gazebo, piscina e ampio parcheggio nell'area recintata. I titolari saranno a vostra disposizione per ogni necessità in quanto alloggiano al piano primo ma avente accesso indipendente. Gli amici pelosetti sono ben graditi
La villa è posta in zona tranquilla con campagna circostante, lontana da rumori ma prossima alla linea costa dove sono ubicati gli stabilimenti balneari e il centro cittadino di Marina di Carrara
