The property spans 3 floors and features a fully equipped 25 m² kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, safe, and fridge, 5 additional bathrooms, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and a smart TV in every bedroom. There is no indoor living area, but an outdoor lounge is available, ideal for summer months. The house has a private outdoor area with a pool (an unheated whirlpool is integrated into the main pool), garden, 2 covered terraces, balcony, and barbecue. There is also an outdoor bathroom. The private pool is free of charge, open from June 10 to October 1 (from 10:00 to 20:00), and is located across the street; guests must cross the road to access it. On-street parking on yellow resident lines is free with a reserved card if available; alternatively, a public garage is about 250 m away. Pets are allowed.
