The attractive renovated apartment is located on a side street 400m west of Cima di Porlezza (5km from the Swiss border), 50 steps from the private bathing area on Lake Lugano and offers a 180 ° view of the lake on the south terrace. The apartment is a smoke-free zone. The apartment has 2 rooms on 66m2, a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace of 26m2 with lounge, dining table and grill. - bedroom for 2 people (bed: 160x200) - Living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people (140x200), bathroom with - shower & toilet - Guest toilet - Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven with microwave, - Nespresso coffee machine with coffee - Heating and air conditioning
We have been living in Cima all year round since 2020. We are now making our previous holiday home available to guests. Further information can be found on the web at cimaparadiso.
In the side street, only a few steps to the bathing area on the lake with a jetty. Hiking trail towards Porlezza and Lugano. Village shop, bakery and bus stop to Porlezza and Lugano 500m
