The accommodation at "Civico 13" is accessed via a lawn overlooking the valley and the Church of Marmora. Spread over two levels, the first floor features a comfortable living area with a modern kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, sink, and dishes. A staircase leads to the wooden loft sleeping area, which can accommodate up to 4 guests and boasts a large window with valley views. The sleeping area offers a double bed or two singles, plus a bunk bed suitable for adults and a single bed.
