Brand new apartment located on the first floor of two Located a few meters from the San Stae vaporetto stop where the orange Alilaguna motorboat arrives directly from the airport All completely renovated in September 2024. 45 square meters with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Double bedroom with 190 cm bed and 65-inch smart TV. Living room with double sofa bed with 20 cm mattress. 65-inch TV Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer... As for the living room, the bathroom is also illuminated with original Murano chandeliers Large flush shower with the possibility of personalized chromotherapy.
