Villa a few steps from the centre and the railway station with fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a splendid open space with lake and mountain view entrance, bright bathroom and private access to the garden. Going up the stairs we find 2 comfortable bedrooms with 5 beds in total, attic rooms with exposed wooden beams and a large bathroom with shower naturally lit by a large roof window Private parking space annexed to the property, either in front of the complex or on the left-hand side of it. Independent entrance and exclusive use of the garden.
