Good morning everyone and welcome to Manerba del Garda. I'm Lorena and whenever you want to be my guest, you will be welcome! I will welcome you in person, giving you the necessary information regarding the house rules and places to visit, all always in safety The apartment is located inside a private house. It is located on the ground floor and is my childhood home! The particular thing is the size of the apartment, therefore the comfort of the spaces and the beautiful lake view, especially in the summer sunsets (which, even though I have seen them since I was a child, I am fascinated by them every time!). Another thing is the location, within walking distance of the beach, the Rocca, the main square, with ice cream parlors, bars and pizzerias, newsagent and small supermarket. By car you can reach Sirmione, Verona, the Vittoriale in Gardone. I have been a tour leader and I love travelling, I love the place where I live, the natural and artistic beauties of this beautiful country. I believe that anyone should have the opportunity to discover and admire, live and experience new experiences in places different from everyday life, to feel part of this wonderful land that is Italy!

The house is located in Manerba del Garda, a splendid tourist resort on Lake Garda. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a private home, and is approximately 70 meters in size. with large garden and lake view. The interior is comfortable and equipped with all comforts, kitchen equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, all the essentials for cooking, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, large internal table, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds (size 90x200). The rooms are communicating. Air conditioning in the room and wi fi included. Large private outdoor garden with lake view, outdoor veranda and table. From the garden you can see the island of Garda, Gardone Riviera and the Rocca di Manerba (reachable within a few steps on foot). Free parking space inside the house. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for guests and is shared. Sunbeds and umbrellas are given free of charge. The swimming pool follows a regulation of access times, not at night. Nearby, the Rocca di Manerba can be reached on foot with a wonderful view of the lake, visit to the archaeological site, free beach of Porto Torchio, ice cream shop, bars and typical restaurants with lake fish. Not far away is a supermarket, some ice cream parlors, a pharmacy, a bakery and some bars. Also close to Dusano port and its beach, starting point for moving around the lake by boat, bus stop 5 minutes walk away. Desenzano, Saló, Gardone Riviera, Verona, Venice and Mantua, amusement parks and beaches are easily reachable by car. Beautiful cycling excursions along the various cycle routes.
