The stuff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room and other resort facilities were impeccably clean and still cleaned daily to perfection. The elevator in that not hi-rise building adds even more convenience. The view from the balcony of the lake and faraway mountains was breathtaking. The hotel itself possesses a quiet ambience. Breakfasts provided a good choice of typically European foods with juices, vegetables, breads, meats, cheeses and condiments, Eggs and coffee are prepared fresh on order. The hotel has a wide green lawn studded by trees and flowering shrubs overlooking the lake and the promenade. Not an overly touristy location, the private parking situated next to the hotel and a nice seafood restaurant "La Nova Pieve" close by make the place a perfect spot for either short or long vacation.

The location is just 7mins away walking from the lake, the room was very cozy and clean, and very friendly staff, specially Sigfred was very kind to share information about activities, best ways to explore the town, practical parking information and places to visit. He was making sure that we enjoy our stay there. It was greatly appreciated.

We had a great stay. Lovely receptionist and waiters. Breakfast was nice. Warm water Pool/Sauna was for free from 10am to 7pm. One min walk from the hotel there are some bars/restaurants and an interesting plattform with beautiful view on Garda See. I saw an ice cream salon beside the platform, in summer should be great to spend some time there. 1,5km from hotel there is a ruin of a fortress. You could go by car, but we decided to take a walk. We recommend and hope we can return soon.

This place had a beautiful view that over looked the mountains. I would take my breakfast into my room and look at the view while enjoying the morning. The owner was very nice and able to work with me on my very late arrival. She was able to communicate effectively and was happy to help answer questions.

Manerba was very busy, with restaurants often packed and queues of tourists waiting for dinner. The lake water was pleasant but not the best we experienced. Overall, it wasn’t somewhere I would be keen to return to.

Amazing location allowing you to travel to all parts of the Lake quite easily. The ferry's are worth utilising and travelling across the lake to Malecine and doing the cable car trip to the top of the mountain.

We went to Bardolino on the Eastern shore the previous year...

We went to Bardolino on the Eastern shore the previous year and liked Manerba in the West of the lake better. Bardolino and Garda are very touristy and not so much genuine Italian as the other side of the lake around Manerba, Saló and Desenzano. Compared to the same time of the year on the East of the lake there were many more tourists than on the West side of the lake, and this would not only tell because the West seems to be less crowded, but there were many more Italian people in the bars and restaurants and in the shops, the shops were much less centred on selling inexpensive souveniers but rather clothes, shoes, 'normal' things. Also, in the West it was much easier to find a decent sized Italian supermarket. We were pleased to find quite a few vineries selling their produce often alongside olive-oil. Hiking the countryside is easier and visiting destinations on the lake like Isola del Garda and Sirmione only a little boattrip from any of the small ports. The easy trip to Desenzano and Saló were very much worth it but what caught us most was the trip to Brescia. The city does not look much when entering the city from the motorway, but has such an interesting city centre with such a rich history. There are so many bautiful places to sit and eat, so many interesting shops and most of all the UNESCO World Heritage sites with Roman and Medieval History. Do go and visit it, anybody interested will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved staying at the Apparthotel San Sivino, the apartment was spacious and clean, with all the equipment we could possibly need for our stay (and more!). The grounds were just beautiful, flowers everywhere and surprisingly quiet and calm (even though it was fully booked at the time). The pools were lovely and clean, the adults only pool was an added bonus. And the jacuzzis! We would really love to come back, Lake Garda is stunning and Apparthotel San Sivino is a perfect place to stay.

Hotel was really really ok. It feels that building has few years but everything was clean and working well. Comfortable beds, fridge in the room (working even when you are not in the room), air condition also ok, smart TV. Breakfasts were nice, there is no limit and everyone find something for yourself. Very kind personel. In my opinion it is needed to have a car, e-scooter or bike - there is a lot of hills around the Hotel.

I loved the pools and the downstairs. The stairs to the upstairs however weren't very safe for a young family with kids and the on site shop/restaurant was very handy once it opened. The location to the lake and nearby nasimi beach/restaurants was great. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

Not a typical Garda lake hotel, but in its category a very good one. The helpfulness and service of the staff is exceptional, the lake view is breathtaking. Directly on the beach, close to many good restaurants in the evening. No car trafic, so quiet and fresh air. Good parking.

Everything, a large apartment, comfortable and clean, everything seemed brand new. Fantastic view of the lake from the large balcony. Friendly host, with nice pool area, safe parking. Walking distance to about 8 bars/restaurants. Perfect.
