Located within the town of Todi with spectacular views - 3 min walk from the centre of Todi. Ideal if you want a 'working holiday' - Broadband wifi, Desk, HP Laserjet printer, along with a Bose, and Apple TV. Ideal for 2 people, but there is a pullout for a 3rd. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom, Nespresso machine, and a clothes washer. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
Our Mission Statement is simple – we want to provide guests with high-quality, functional, and comfortable vacation home rentals at an affordable price. Any excess returns we have from our rentals are turned-around and used to upgrade our properties to enhance our guests’ stay. We created ‘Salt House Properties’ as a means to provide ourselves with vacation rentals in places we like to visit. Our model is we would not stay in a hotel for any length of time unless it meets certain quality standards – high standards. We enjoy running the holiday company 'Salt House Properties' with vacation properties in northern France and Italy. We are Canadian. I, Michael, live in the United States and travel frequently to Europe.
The house is situated in a medieval neighbourhood within the walls of Todi. It is extremely quite except in the morning when the birds start to sing!
