From the apartment you can reach in just 2 minutes the main square of the town, Piazza San Rocco, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the seafront, the Ruffo Castle and the Strait of Messina, Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, thanks to the long balcony that runs around the perimeter of the square. Also 170m away (also in Piazza San Rocco) from the property is the public elevator that in less than a minute allows you to reach the Waterfront with the Scilla Beach, the charming Chianalea neighborhood and the Tourist Port from which several excursions depart. It is possible to park for free in the vicinity of the facility or in the various private guarded parking lots in the town. Also 400 m away are the Poste Italiane office and Bper Banca, with their respective ATMs. For those who do not have their own transportation, it is possible to move throughout the city not only by the public elevator already mentioned, but also by the various shuttle services available, such as the quaint Apecars.
