Our farm is a family business with a longstanding tradition. Everyone has their own tasks, strengths and interests. And everyone gets stuck in wherever they are needed. Like a well-oiled cogwheel, the various skills interlock and ensure that everything runs smoothly. That’s family.

Clear views of mountains and the valley. Next door, a curious cow looks out of the window. Everything around you tells of a life alongside nature. Stop and listen to the stories. Stories of sowing, growing and harvesting. Of all that is good and true. Make plans for summit expeditions and culinary excellence. And then grasp it all and enjoy. The Perntal in Gais is more than a holiday destination with luxury apartments. And it is definitely more than a classic South Tyrolean farm with a farm to table mentality. It’s all about the good life. About a huge vegetable garden, and unspoilt environment and extremely delicious food.

Admittedly, you don’t just happen to come across the Perntal. But for that, its location is all the more beautiful! Situated at the edge of the forest above Gais in South Tyrol, quiet yet near the action, if that is what you’re looking for. Between the Dolomites and the Zillertal Alps, between the larger towns of Brunico and Campo Tures. Between mountains and the valley.
