Welcome to DesenzanoLoft! Since 2013, we’ve been selecting the best accommodations on the market, offering high-quality hospitality. All our apartments include Concierge service to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.
One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the area. Upon arrival, our concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and remain available throughout your stay. At departure, we will be there to say goodbye and ensure everything went perfectly. The service is also available via chat for fast and personalized support.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM are subject to an additional fee of 50.00 E. A security deposit of 250 E is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 3–10 days, provided there is no damage.

H2O Apartment is just 1300 meters from Rivoltella beach and a few minutes’ drive from both Desenzano and Sirmione. It’s the perfect base to explore the beauty of the lake and the surrounding nature. A private garage is included, and access to the residence is limited to one car per unit.
