Hospitality is our core value, which is why we provide a personalized Concierge service in every apartment to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. We do not use lockboxes or require guests to travel to collect keys. One week prior to your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer any questions about the apartment or the local area. Upon arrival, you will be greeted in person, shown around the property, and supported throughout your stay, right up to check-out. This service is also available via chat for fast and personalized assistance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a fee of 50.00 E applies. The security deposit is 200 E for Collo Lungo and Garda Chiaretto, and 300 E for Luigi Visconti and Gran Lugana. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 business days, provided no damage is found. DesenzanoLoft is a local and independent Italian company. As of February 2025, we are an official partner of Marriott – Homes & Villas, certifying our properties according to the highest international standards. Management remains entirely in the hands of our Italian team. Additionally, for stays of 6 nights or more starting from March 21, 2025, we offer guests a complimentary Trenitalia round-trip ticket to Venice, valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (excluding holidays and holiday eves).

A historic image of the building is still visible in the gallery. The renovation completed in 2021 carefully preserved the original elegance. Distinctive elements such as refined marble staircases, wrought iron railings, stained glass windows, and frescoed ceilings in the attic painted by artists of the time recount the noble past of the palace. The apartments, each featuring a spectacular view, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family.
