A hidden gem located only 30 minutes from Monaco and the French Riviera, set in an elegant residential complex with a private swimming pool reserved for a few residents and surrounded by a large green garden. The apartment is about 700 meters from the sea and from Blue Flag beaches, well known for their excellent water quality and beautiful environment. The location is perfect: central yet peaceful, only a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to reach the French Riviera, Sanremo, and Monte Carlo without needing a car. Free private covered parking is also available. The apartment is very bright and spacious thanks to its large windows, glass doors, and high ceilings over 3 meters, creating an elegant and airy atmosphere. It features a sea-view balcony and a large private terrace overlooking the garden. The spaces are organized as follows: one true separate master bedroom with direct access to the large terrace; a spacious open-plan living area with a fully renovated modern kitchen, dining area, and living room; within the open space there is a second sleeping area separated by elegant curtains, featuring a comfortable premium double bed, private window, small balcony, and sea view. The bathroom has been recently fully renovated with luxury finishes and premium materials. The kitchen is also brand new and equipped with modern appliances. The apartment is ideal for families, couples, or relaxing stays near the sea, offering spacious, bright, and refined interiors.
