La struttura si trova ad Affi, punto strategico per raggiungere ogni punto di maggiore interesse situati nella zona del Lago di Garda e nella provincia di Verona. Affi si trova direttamente all' uscita dell' autostrada A22 ed è ricco di centri commerciali, negozi, ristoranti, fast food e locali, sia diurni, sia notturni. Dista dalla prima spiaggia utile sul Lago di Garda solo 5 minuti di automobile oppure esistono moltissimi collegamenti tramite il bus navetta. In soli 30 min di auto ( tramite l' autostrada ), è possibile raggiungere la bellissima Verona, città ricca di storia e di intrattenimento.
