Property info

Renovated apartment in a historic home over 100 years old. Each room has been equipped with every comfort while maintaining its original style. Upon request, free motorcycle and bicycle parking is available in a private, video-monitored courtyard. Breakfast (extra) is served at the bar opposite the building to ensure fresh, authentic products. Upon request and availability, we can organize transfers to tourist destinations, concerts, events, and more. We are located adjacent to the Villa Salus Nursing Home, with disabled parking available.

Neighborhood info

We are located near the Messina Boccetta motorway junction near Villa Salus, from where you can reach the city center or the Cristo Re panoramic viewpoint in 10 minutes. Several ATM urban bus lines pass through the street (Villa Salus stop).
