New Management for B & B Dimora del Sole in Putignano (BA). An old farmhouse of 1700, in the countryside, at the entrance of Putignano on S.S. 172 from Turi and just 100 meters from the Caves of Trullo. The rooms are very spacious and each with private bathroom with shower. Typical and characteristic is the stone structure with vaulted ceilings and niches in the walls. A beautiful and large swimmingpool is available for guests. This fireplace in some of the rooms makes it even more impressive and charming atmosphere. Characteristic Trullo with direct access, patio with a front garden and private parking.

Neighborhood info

Putignano is located on a hill in the Murgia of the trulli and caves, at an elevation of 375 meters above sea level. The main road artery that serves Putignano is the SS 172 - State Road 172 Trulli. The Putignano Carnival is the best known of the South but also Italy's oldest Carnival of Putignano Europa. Itis one of the longest in duration. It begins on December 26th with offshoots and ends on Shrove Tuesday, with the evening parade and the Carnival funeral. Putignano is an important Italian center for the production of bridal and formal wear. Its excellent geographical position makes it a crossroads for the main tourist destinations in the area. In a few minutes you reach the town of Polignano, Monopoli, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Noci, Alberobello, Zoosafari, Castellana Grotte.
