Alessandro and Marinella, both born and raised in Rome; a couple since 2008, after many experiences together, adventures, travels, meetings, we have matured the desire to realize a dream, that of a romantic existence, in a place surrounded by nature where the joy for the little things would return as protagonist. With the desire to create something that truly reflected us, and with the priority of sharing it, in June 2024, we took the big leap, and after a life spent in the city, we moved to a historic red brick farmhouse on Lake Montepulciano. Finally we open the doors of our dream, with our hospitality, our attentions, our availability, in a context of exceptional naturalistic, territorial and cultural beauty.

The Bed and Breakfast is located in a historic red brick farmhouse, surrounded by a private natural park of over 1 hectare, nestled among the silent and green hills a few meters from the WWF nature reserve of Lake Montepulciano. The farmhouse was built in 1926 and recently renovated maintaining all the stylistic and historical features with the addition of all modern comforts; the floors are in fine terracotta, the chestnut beams are the original ones, the exposed bricks, external and internal, have been recovered and restored; in the breakfast room there is a large fireplace to enrich the atmosphere. The interior furnishings, cared for in the smallest details, such as furniture, chandeliers and mirrors are the result of careful research into unique period pieces. The farmhouse offers a large private swimming pool with variable height from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and the internal park and its imposing Tuscan Cypresses.

The farmhouse is located in the open countryside, a few steps from Lake Montepulciano, just 10 minutes from the Chiusi Chianciano motorway exit of the A1 Rome-Florence motorway. From the farmhouse, all the most characteristic destinations of Tuscany and Umbria are easily reachable by car; the Val d'Orcia, with Montepulciano and Pienza are only 20 minutes away; Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 15 minutes away; Città della Pieve is 25 minutes away, Cortona is 35 minutes away, Arezzo is 45 minutes away, Perugia is 50 minutes away, Florence and Assisi are only 1 hour away.
