I dedicate all of myself to this activity for over 15 years together with my family. With my husband and my children we have made a house too big for us alone in a beautiful and attractive structure, with all the services necessary for a wonderful holiday. Our children have helped us in the growth of this activity by dedicating free time from their studies. They have perfected foreign languages and met many people, as well as contributing to the family budget and study expenses. Property info

Surely the fact that the Suites are 100% eco-friendly. All energy sources are renewable. We use the sun both in summer and in winter. The apartments are on the ground floor and the Suites on the second floor. It is useful to know that there are 40 steps to climb to get to the Suites. For the rest, ours is a family structure with full and essential services. Great attention to cleaning, information and attention for the guest. Our hundreds of reviews we believe speak for us. We will make you find a basket in the room with some breakfast products the morning after arrival. There is also a Lavazza espresso machine with one capsule per person for the first two days. Normally we do not do daily cleaning, but if required a quick re-arrangement is done excluding holidays. Every 3 days there will be a change of linen. However, we are available for all your needs upon request. It is very important to know that our family lives on a floor of the villa and if necessary we are available on request.

Neighborhood info

It is a residential area near Venice, we are very well served by public transport speed bus and tram. There are about 150 trips a day to go to Venice and as many from come back and will take only 15-20 minutes of travel with normal traffic. This is from 6 am to 1 am (over midnight!). We have a beautiful wood, and very good restaurants with local specialties. Excellent starting point to visit over Venice as well as other places renowned in our beautiful region, including Verona, Padua, Treviso, the Dolomites, then Asolo, Asiago, the famous beaches and much more, all at most an hour of car.
