EDEL appartamento di recente ristrutturazione mq. 30 dotato di cucina completa, con tutto a disposizione per poter cucinare, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Macchina da caffè, TV Smart, lavastoviglie, condizionamento, wifi e biancheria. Piccolo terrazzino nella cucina. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito a ridosso della struttura.
A soli 300 metri è situato il PalaDeSantis, anche noto come Palatennistavolo. Fermata BUS a 30mt. Inoltre a poche centinaia di metri potete trovare Supermercati, Bar, Tabacchi e Bancomat.
