The apartment, elegantly furnished in nautical style, is part of a beautiful residence called Condominio Excelsior (ex Grand 'Hotel Excelsior di Levanto ****) with park and seasonal swimming pool (in service from June 1st to September 30th) which enjoys of an incomparable view of the Gulf of Levanto. The accommodation has view on the Gulf of Levanto, on the second floor with a lift. It is composed of a elegantly furnished siitng-room in a nautical style with a comfortable double sofa bed and a balcon overlooking the Levanto gulf a delightful and fully equipped independent kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine) with sea view, a finely furnished room in a nautical style with a balcony overlooking the sea / garden and a small single room, bathroom with bath, small second bathroom (bidet washbasin toilet) adjacent to the room.
