The apartments of Elegant Houses are located in the main street of the historical center of Brescia, near the Grand Theater and the Teatro Sociale, a few steps from the main squares and museums. In 5 minutes walk you reach places and restaurants. The apartments are located on the second and third floor, accessible by elevator. All the apartments have beamed ceilings, air conditioning, large double bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...

Neighborhood info

Central district in a few minutes gives you access to entertainment, art and culture. The apartments are located 100 meters from Victoria underground, 30 meters further there is a possibility to use the bike sharing and car sharing. Also in Victory Square there is a covered parking.
