Completely renovated, located on the third floor of a building without lift, composed of a living room with kitchenette with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third extra bed (suitable for children only), a bathroom with a shower. Large sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs, two sun loungers. Air conditioning. Pets allowed, only small size, on request with supplement. Linen excluded.

Located in the center of the town of Marina di Campo, a stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach more than 1 km long.
