The apartment is facing south, east and west and is therefore very bright. It has a large size (about 90 square meters), a new and modern furniture and can accommodate up to 6 adults and a baby (availability of a cot). The brightness and proximity to the lake are its strengths and with a few more minutes on foot you can reach the historic center. We thought of a family friendly apartment by providing a cot, a high chair, and a baby bath tub baby bath, dishes for baby food, games, reducer and toilet ladder
The area is very quiet, at the foot of Mount Brione and only one kilometer from the beaches. The historic city center is a 15-minute walk away. A 10-minute walk away offers a large supermarket and a pharmacy, as well as restaurants, bars and shops. A playground for children but also a basketball court and a soccer field 5 minutes away on foot. A family friendly restaurant at 200 mt.
