Villa Fornaci takes its name from the ancient Etruscan furnaces that once stood on this hillside a legacy reflected in the warm, earthy character of the house. It is the second gem of the Diadema di Venere collection. The villa offers 209 m² over two floors and accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 sofas. The living area features terracotta floors, a stone fireplace and arched white walls, opening onto a private Mediterranean garden with outdoor dining and BBQ. An upper terrace looks out over pine forest and sea. Private garage and parking included. Fully equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, gas kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, linen and beach kit.
Villa Fornaci is set in a quiet residential area above Marina di Campo, with the beach, harbour, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away.
