This charming new detached property is located in the center of town. It features a private parking space, two terraces, and a small garden with sun loungers and a barbecue for relaxing outdoors. The minimalist interiors offer all the comforts you need for a wonderful holiday, including air conditioning, a kitchenette, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The property includes a double bedroom with a terrace, a bedroom with a single bed, memory foam mattresses, and linens (sheets and towels). Two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, are also provided.

Lido dei Pini is a seaside village between Anzio and Ardea, known for its wide beaches, natural dunes, and relaxed atmosphere. It is considered a more holiday-oriented and less chaotic area than the center of Anzio, popular with families and those seeking tranquility. The property is located within a consortium a few steps from the main services: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, the Cotral bus stop, and much more. During the summer, there is a shuttle service to the sea, which is about a kilometer away.
