Located within the 18-hole Golf Club Paradiso del Garda, Golf Residenza is part of an 2625 ft² estate consisting of driving range and putting green. The apartments offer air conditioning in summer at Management's discretion, and a balcony or terrace. The Residenza Golf overlooks the green hills of the peaceful countryside outside Peschiera del Garda. Guests may use all the amenities and services of sister property Active Hotel, with a wellness center with saunas, indoor swimming pool and gym. There is also a restaurant. During winter season guests may use services of nearby Parc Hotel (some may require a supplement). In the indoor swimming pool, wearing a swimming cap is mandatory
