We are a family business, we are running a farmhouse from 30 years and this residence from 2024. From 2025 we manage a private beach and a private parking too.

The Port residence is located a few steps from the port and the ferry terminal for the islands, in the city center where there are shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, easily reachable by public transport, has got a private guarded and monitored parking nearby, alternatively it is possible to park in the surrounding areas, free of charge after 8 pm. The building was partially renovated in 2024, and is composed on the first floors, accessible by elevator, of single, double, triple and family rooms with kitchenette; on the upper floors accessible by stairs there are 3 apartments of various sizes.
