CITRA: 011019-LT-0268 This fully-renovated apartment very well located offers an independent entrance to a private area with one big bedroom and a private bathroom. It can accommodate two persons in the queen bed and one more person in a sofa bed. Located at the heart of ancient Monterosso, just steps from restaurants, shops and the beach, the apartment is on the third floor facing one of the main streets with partial ocean view from the rooms. The train station is only 600 meters away (10 minutes approx. walk) from the apartment. The area is basically one big space with a queen bed on one side and a sofa bed on the other side, the space is all integrated and share a renovated bathroom. Located on the third floor, the area offers: First area: - Queen bed - Closet - Ceiling fan - Safe - Two chairs - TV Second Area: - Sofa bed - Mini Refrigerator - Kettle - Cups - A full bathroom - Ceiling fan Both areas offers: - Partial ocean view from the windows - Wifi - Air conditioning
