The 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 internal steps to enter in the kitchen. The pool is available from 06/01 to 09/30. The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with dining area, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, moka, traditional kettle, electric kettle and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, sofa and TV; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, single fold-out bed, wardrobe and TV; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed and wall-mounted wardrobe; - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box; - GARDEN with gazebo with outdoor dining area, swimming pool (4.20x2.40 m, depth 1.25 m), barbecue and parking area (in private property). Additional facilities available for guests: free wifi, independent heating, fireplace, washing machine, folding bed (on request), drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Neighborhood info

Known as the "grey city" because of the colour of the limestone blocks used during the construction of this village, Gubbio is one of the oldest settlements in Umbria, feud of the Montelfeltros and the Della Roveres during the lordships age, that still retains its typical medieval aspect. The city consists of 5 parallel streets located on different levels and connected through steps, alleys and stairs. The main points of interest to visit are definitely Piazza dei Consoli, whose gothic front is the true emblem of the city, that hosts the Museo Civico of Gubbio; Palazzo Ducale, where the prestigious studiolo in inlaid and carved wood is located, that was commissioned by the duke Federico from Montefeltro; Palazzo del Bargello, Fontana dei matti, the churches of San Francesco and San Francesco dei Muratori and the church of San Giovanni, that hosted for many years Terence Hill during the filming of the tv series Don Matteo. Gubbio is also known for the world's biggest Christmas tree, built entirely along Ingino Mount with about 500 colored lights.
