A parking area reserved for guests is also available. The 65 square metre apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and has a separate entrance (there are 7 steps at the entrance). It has a small uncovered patio equipped with two deckchairs and a small table with chairs and an assigned parking space, also suitable for large cars such as SUVs, outside the gate. The interior space is organised as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, minipimer, wine glasses, other kitchen utensils, and dining table. - LIVING ROOM with sofa, table with chairs, TV. - BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, TV and wardrobe. - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
