Our modern 120m² attic loft at the foot of the Latemar combines comfort with South Tyrolean charm. Upon entering, the impressive entrance staircase made of real wood will fascinate you. The sustainable wood construction ensures a cozy climate, while the huge ceiling height grants a feeling of freedom. Thanks to the private entrance in a quiet location, you will enjoy complete privacy. The open living space offers a well-equipped kitchen, Smart-TV, and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms feature real wooden floors. A highlight are two full bathrooms with double sinks, bidet, and tub (one with a shower). Two balconies offer great nature views. A covered parking space is reserved for you. The ski bus stops just 150m away and takes you to the Latemar ski center in 2 minutes. In summer, the Latemarium hiking paradise awaits. From May to October, the garden with sun loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ is for your exclusive use.
