Situated by the lake with breathtaking panoramic views, Casa Rosie stands in a secluded, coveted position away from the main road on a quaint picturesque square just up from the village beach and swimming area, making this holiday home ideal for a family or a group of friends. Enter via the stairwell into the open-plan dining room and fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and two-door fridge. Also on this floor, the master bedroom is situated at the front of the casa and offers views from two sides directly onto the lake. The adjacent bathroom offers shower over bath, toilet, bidet and basin. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms feature windows with lake views. The spacious sitting room with leather sofas is located upstairs and extends via French doors to a 'dress circle' lakefront balcony with breathtaking panoramic views. Here the twin bedroom (or with beds joined to form a king-size bed upon request), is situated towards the rear of the home adjacent to the second bathroom. In the sitting area a separate single sofa-bed could accommodate a further guest for a total of five guests all-up. A laundry room adjacent to the upstairs bathroom features a front-load washing machine, separate tumble dryer, sink, iron & board, and a sunny space to dry clothes indoors.

The village of ‘Sala’ enjoys a unique micro-climate protected by Lake Como’s only island with ambiance for year-round relaxation and sightseeing convenience. The sites of Lake Como can be reached by regular seasonal ferry service, C10 bus, or water taxi, making a car unnecessary. The village has a bakery selling fresh bread and an artisan butcher along with 3 restaurants and a bar.
