The "Holiday House Margherita" have been recently construct (July 2017); it will offer 3 apartments built to the highest quality standard: 55/65m² with two or three habitable rooms and large baths. All the apartments have an independent entrance and could welcome from 2 to 6 persons. Each apartment has lake view with private garden or balcony and is equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette with dishwasher, satellite TV, parking place. The 35 m² pool, 1.40m deep, is surrounded by a green area with deck chairs available to our guests. "Holiday House Margherita" is located in Magugnano of Brenzone, surrounded by olive trees in a very quiet and sunny area. The apartments are a short walk from the beaches and 2 minutes from the town center where you can find bakers, butchers, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, newsagent, and car repairer.

Our philosophy is to offer our guests after months of hard work a friendly and informal accomodation in comfortable, peacefull and well furnished equipped apartments to relax and have a good time. If you are a sportsman, as I am, there's no better place for a holiday! Our apartments in Brenzone have a privileged position on Eastern area of Garda Lake (8 km from Malcesine and 20 from Garda / Bardolino ) were it's possible to practice many water sports like sailing, wind and kite surfing, swimming, diving. You can also do down hill, mountain biking, trekking, nodic walking paragliding on Monte Baldo. This is even a wonderful place for bikers, close to Dolomiti mountains, wihtin a few hours drive you can enjoy views never seen. It's more than 35 year that I'm a biker so I can indicate you interesting routes. Louis & Silvana
