Magnificent and modern apartment in the heart of Luino and its famous market, overlooking the lake, mountains and internal courtyard view 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with bathtub 1 full bathroom Large living room Equipped kitchen 1 Balcony The path that will take you on a walk along the lake begins just 20 meters away A 5 minute walk away there is the train station, supermarkets, bus station, ferries to visit the shores of Piedmont and Switzerland. We are 30 km from wonderful Lugano! Excellent for those seeking comfort and practicality, perfect for families. The apartment has been furnished with simplicity, attention and efficiency Located on the third and top floor No elevator. Due to the apartment's central location, free parking is available 24/7 within a 5-minute walk.
We are two brothers, surname Miele (hence the name of the apartment) intent on enhancing the beautiful territory we are part of. If you would like information on events and activities in the surrounding area, write to us without problems in chat and we will reply to you within a few hours. The area where the apartment is located is very central, on Wednesdays there is the historic market which will not allow you to use the street parking starting right from the door of the building (this will not cause acoustic disturbances). A few meters away there are banks, restaurants and shops of all kinds. During the year our municipality organizes many types of events suitable for everyone, furthermore there are various beaches to access, children's playgrounds, outdoor and indoor sports equipment.
