Set in the heart of the spa town of Merano, Aurora offers a prime riverfront location opposite the thermal baths. Guestrooms are bright and comfortable, with 18 fully renovated in a contemporary design. All accommodations include air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Upon request and for a fee, the hotel can arrange a round-trip shuttle service to nearby airports, including Bolzano, Verona, Bergamo, Milan, Venice, Treviso, Innsbruck, and Munich. Aurora is a 5-minute drive from Trauttmansdorff Castle Gardens and nearby to Merano’s historic old town, with its arcades, cafés, and boutiques, as well as scenic walking and cycling paths along the Passer River. Guests can benefit from discounted access to a secure parking garage near the spa area on the opposite side of the river, while free parking is available near Merano train station.
