Located in the ancient village of Rogaro, in the municipality of Tremezzina, on Lake Como, “Il Borgo sul Lago” opens its doors to new guests. The apartment is a perfect retreat for those who want to immerse themselves in the quiet and green of the surrounding nature: it is, in fact, a detached house, arranged on two floors, which will welcome you with the warmth of a romantic and refined environment, equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay truly unforgettable.
 On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchenette, sofa bed (2 places) and TV, while on the upper floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and washing machine; the two floors are connected internally by a spiral staircase, but you can also access them from the outside by a traditional staircase. The Borgo sul Lago di Como also has its own garden set up with deckchairs and barbecue where guests can enjoy moments of true relaxation and, a few meters from the house, there is a large, totally free parking available.

An e-bike rental service and the possibility of renting a boat with driver for daily private tours are made available to all our guests, upon reservation. Walking enthusiasts will have easy access to the Lake Como Greenway, a route that passes through picturesque villages and offers unique panoramic views. Within walking distance from the apartment, several restaurants offer characteristic cuisine featuring local dishes. The hamlet also features the Church of Our Lady of Einsiedeln, where the linden-wood statue of the Black Madonna of Einsielden is kept. The Borgo sul Lago is located close to Villa Carlotta, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and the pier and is only one kilometer from Meier Park, which gives access to the lake. 
The city of Como can be reached in 50 min by car, while the nearest airports are Milan Malpensa (1h 15 min) and Milan Linate (1h 30 min).
