The apartment, recently renovated, is large, equipped with two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The large living room is welcoming, enriched with a finely crafted fireplace and a kitchen equipped with every accessory. From the living room there is access to an additional bathroom available for guests. The house is positioned on a hill from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Valnerina and the Marmore Falls, exactly in front of the De Felice Museum. The house also has private parking and an exclusive, fully fenced garden of over 600 m2, a finely designed and furnished space.

The house has a fantastic location, being located right in front of the Marmore Falls and at the entrance to the beautiful Valnerina. In the surrounding area you can admire countless historical and landscape beauties and practice numerous outdoor sports. Valnerina is an oasis of peace, a still uncontaminated valley dotted with medieval villages and breathtaking landscapes, an ideal place to spend a holiday dedicated to good food, relaxation and life in the open air.
